Wadda sauce

Bill Downing started working on his Jamaican Jerk sauce in 1992 and called it wadda jerk. Last year, Downing cofounded Willy’s Foods with Andrew Bausman, and their line of four wadda all-natural sauces and marinades are Jamaican Jerk, Mexican Fajita, Waikiki BBQ, and Carolina BBQ. They don’t use corn syrup, dyes, preservatives, and the products are low calorie, fat free, cholesterol free, and vegan.
